Update

We have just been made aware via this post that our original post, and subsequent comment dialogue, has been removed from the Professor What If blog. We were not asked permission nor informed of this action, and are deeply shocked, saddened, and angered that this deletion of a deeply painful (for many, not just us) web-conversation has occurred. Were we to have had the opportunity to give input into this decision, we would have advocated to our best abilities for it to remain publicly available.
